GRADR is martial arts management software built for BJJ academies. It provides everything a jiu-jitsu school needs to run day-to-day: class scheduling, attendance tracking, curriculum planning, student billing, instructor payroll, belt grading, and student-facing portals — all in one platform.

- **Grading**: batch grading sessions with auto-suggested belt and stripe targets based on attendance and IBJJF rules, and per-student overrides.
- **Billing (Stripe Connect)**: per-gym Stripe account onboarding, student subscription setup with configurable membership tiers, cash payment tracking, grace periods, payment status overrides.
- **Instructor payroll**: per-shift pay calculation with coach and assist rates, optional PayPal Payouts integration for batch payments, manual payment tracking as fallback.
- **Shift management**: shift release, swap proposals between instructors, claim pool for released shifts, owner approval queue.
- **Messaging**: email and SMS campaigns to students, instructors, and leads, with audience filters, drafts, and per-gym email template overrides.
- **Student portal**: welcome page, attendance history, grading progress, lesson library, class schedule with booking, academy rules, FAQ, downloadable resources, and contact info. Separate content for adult and kids tracks. Family accounts can manage multiple student profiles.
- **Instructor portal**: dashboard, schedule, attendance recording, lesson and system creation, payroll history, shift pool, code of conduct, and resources.
- **Public booking**: per-gym public landing pages for trial class bookings with liability waiver signing.
- **Super admin**: platform-level oversight of all gyms, platform billing, lead management, audit log.

## What is not public

All portal surfaces (owner dashboard, instructor portal, student portal, super-admin console), all API endpoints, authentication callbacks, kiosk device pages, and payment redirect pages require authentication and are excluded from crawling via robots.txt.
